Procedure and Policies for Maintaining and Utilizing Physical, Academic and Support Facility
The procedure to maintain physical and support facility is maintained in accordance to the financial handbook ,as well as government orders. In general the college receives grants and budget from Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Department,Prayagraj and thereby it is utilized as per norms of the department. In the session 2017-18,college received budget under the head of maintenance,construction,furniture,labour etc. The work which was undertaken in these heads were in accordance to the guidelines issued by the department and was done either on the basis of inviting quotations or tenders etc. As far as other services are concerned, college received grant in the head of office furniture and equipments,computer maintenance and stationary, labour etc. This fund was utilized for the upkeep of the office, hence was utilized for the purpose of maintaining and repairing of computers and printers. Ink and cartridges were filled. Chemistry and Botany departments received fund related to chemicals and pharmaceuticals which are required in the respective labs. Department provided financial support for the payment of electricity bills of the college. For the maintenance of the campus college received support under the head of labour. Travel allowance were also received by the college, so that the payment of the teaching as well as non-teaching staff can be done who have been on official visits. The unutilized grant was also surrendered in the financial year.
The college also utilized the grant received under RUSA for new construction. College got new M.Sc Zoology Lab and class room.
