Ii.Any Two games from two groups as given in University syllabus. 		The course in Physical Education and Sports is a three year course for undergraduate students of Arts faculty. It is one of the major optional subjects. The course comprise of 3 theory papers and one practical in each year. The Programme will enable the student to have comprehensive understanding of basics of physical education, human anatomy and physiology as well as the psychological basis of physical education. The healing of injuries imparts the practical knowledge to the student about first aid. The student is introduced to athletics and field games. The paper on Foundations of Physical Education will impart the comprehensive and sound knowledge of fundamentals of physical education and related concepts. The second paper on History of Physical Education will acquaint students with the initial development of the subject and its establishment as one of the theoretical & practical subject and in the third theory paper student will come out with the understanding of Human anatomy and physiology incorporating the nuances of human biology. The practical paper will give students hands on experience of track and field events which can be useful if they opt career in this field.

The second paper will give student understanding of motivation, instinct, psychology, emotions and stress after they pass the course. After completion of the course in Care of Athletic injuries student will come to know how to prevent sports injuries and take care if succumb to injuries. The practical in the subject will provide hands on knowledge about field events, rules and regulations.

The student after completing the course in Management in Physical Education will be able to communicate and manage the things effectively. The time management, precision and punctuality are learnt.The learning in second paper i.e. Introduction to Statistics & Computers in Physical Education will give fair understanding to use statistical and quantitative methods in Physical Education and skill to use computers in it. The practical paper will make student proficient and skilled in athletics or a sport.
